老年糖尿病足创面评估的研究现状

摘 要 糖尿病足是老年糖尿病患者常见的慢性并发症之一，具有发生率高、治疗困难、复发率高等特点。对糖尿病足伤口进行准确、动态的评估是提供适宜护理方案的重要步骤，贯穿于糖尿病足的护理全程。本文对糖尿病足伤口床、溃疡面积大小及愈合情况的评估工具与方法进行讨论，为糖尿病足的临床护理实践提供评估依据。

Research status of wound evaluation of the elderly diabetic foot

ABSTRACT The diabetic foot is one of the common chronic complications of the elderly diabetes patients， with the characteristics of high incidence， treatment difficulty， high recurrence rate and so on. Accurate and dynamic evaluation of diabetic foot wound is an important step to provide appropriate nursing plan， and runs through the whole nursing process of the diabetic foot. This article reviews the evaluation tools and methods of wound bed， ulcer area and healing of the diabetic foot， so as to provide evaluation basis for clinical nursing practice of the diabetic foot.
