老年糖尿病患者隐匿性嵌甲的护理评估及处理

摘 要 隐匿性嵌甲是老年糖尿病患者常见的足部问题，随着病情进展会诱发糖尿病足的发生与发展，严重影响患者的生活质量。早期识别并及时干预隐匿性嵌甲对老年糖尿病患者至关重要。本文阐述隐匿性嵌甲的识别及处理方法，为老年糖尿病患者隐匿性嵌甲的治疗、护理与管理提供参考。

Nursing evaluation and management of the occult ingrown toenails in the elderly patients with diabetes

ABSTRACT Occult ingrown toenails are a common foot problem in the elderly patients with diabetes， which may induce diabetic foot ulcers with the progression of the disease and seriously affect the quality of life of patients. Therefore， early identification and timely intervention of latent nail inserts are of great importance for the elderly patients with diabetes. In this paper， the identification and treatment of occult ingrown toenails are introduced to provide reference for the treatment， nursing and management of occult ingrown toenails in the elderly patients with diabetes.
