CT小肠造影的临床应用

摘 要 随着医学影像学技术的快速发展，尤其是多层螺旋CT的出现，CT小肠造影及其临床应用逐渐普及。CT小肠造影操作便捷、无创、安全，诊断效果明显，能有效显示小肠壁及其邻近器官处的病变，对小肠疾病的诊断和治疗具有重要的指导作用。

Clinical application of CT enterography

ABSTRACT With the rapid development of medical imaging technology， especially the emergence of multi-slice spiral CT， CT enterography and its clinical application have been gradually popularized. CT enterography is convenient， noninvasive and safe， and has clear diagnostic effect， which can effectively show the lesions on small bowel wall and adjacent organs and has important guiding significance for clinical diagnosis and treatment of intestinal diseases.

小腸包括十二指肠、空肠和回肠，其走行迂曲冗长，常见病变主要有炎性、肿瘤性、血管性和梗阻性病变等。（剩余7861字）
