摘 要 目的：研究中医辨证治疗对小儿发热咳喘患儿止咳效果及高敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）血清水平的影响。方法：将102例发热患儿随机分为对照组和观察组各51例，对照组采用小儿化痰止咳颗粒联合小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗，观察组根据中医辨证结果给以中药治疗，比较两组患儿的临床疗效。结果：观察组患儿临床疗效总有效率和24、48 h总退热率高于对照组（P

ABSTRACT Objective： To explore the effect of TCM syndrome differentiation on anticough and hypersensitive C-reactive protein （hs-CRP） levels in pediatric febrile asthma. Methods： One hundred and two febrile pediatric patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 51 cases each. The control group was treated with pediatric phlegm and cough suppressant granules combined with pediatric black bean curd and fever-clearing granules while the observation group was treated with TCM syndrome differentiation. The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results： The rates of total clinical efficacy and total fever remission at 24 and 48 h were higher while the fever and cough disappearance time， cough score， hs-CRP and blood sedimentation levels were lower in the observation group than the control group （P
