基于系统论视域的医院文化建设内涵与建设路径

摘 要： 从系统论视角来看，医院文化建设是一项整体的系统的长期性工程。论文详细给出了医院文化建设的内涵，提出了文化建设系统论观点和七个要素，并一一进行论述，最后提出医院文化建设实施路径和要求，为医院文化建设提供理论和实践参考。

Connotation and Path of Hospital Culture Constructionbased on Systems Theory

Abstract： From the perspective of systems theory， hospital culture construction is a long-term project of the whole system. This paper gives the connotation of hospital culture construction in detail， puts forward the systems theory view and seven elements of cultural construction， and discusses them one by one. Finally， the implementation path and requirements for hospital culture construction are proposed， providing theoretical and practical references for hospital culture construction.
