三氧在缺血再灌注损伤中的研究进展

[摘要] 缺血再灌注（I/R）损伤是一个复杂的过程。三氧主要通过诱导机体产生轻度氧化应激来激活抗氧化系统和促进氧释放，以对不同器官的I/R损伤起保护作用。回顾近年来三氧在各器官I/R损伤方面的研究进展，对其作用特点及机制予以综述。

RESEARCH PROGRESS IN OZONE IN ALLEVIATING ISCHEMIA-REPERFUSION INJURY ZHANG Lin， CAO Qianqian， SUN Lina， WANG Shoushi （School of Anesthesiology， Weifang Medical University， Weifang 261053， China）＼; [ABSTRACT] Ischemia-reperfusion （I/R） injury is a complex process. Ozone can activate the antioxidant system and promote oxygen release by inducing mild oxidative stress in the body， thus alleviating the I/R injury in different organs. This article reviews the research progress in ozone in alleviating I/R injury in various organs in recent years， and its characteristics and mechanism of action.
