【摘  要】本文结合某液压马达转速传感器失效的故障案例，通过对液压马达转速传感器的失效样品进行特性检测、实物拆检分析、生产现场调查等一系列措施，由浅及深地剖析并最终确定了液压马达转速传感器故障的根本原因，提出改进优化方案，为其他零部件的设计与故障分析提供参考。

【Abstract】This article combines a failure case of a certain hydraulic motor speed sensor，and through a series of measures such as characteristic testing，physical inspection analysis，and production site investigation of the failure sample of the hydraulic motor speed sensor，analyzes and ultimately determines the root cause of the hydraulic motor speed sensor failure from shallow to deep，proposes improvement and optimization plans，and provides reference for the design and fault analysis of other components.
