商用车ESC传感器多布置场景信号解析与验证

【摘 要】主要阐述基于三轴加速度传感器的商用车ESC传感器工作原理,对整车环境下ESC传感器的多种布置场景进行分析,并根据各布置场景梳理传感器信号解析的方案后完成实车测试验证,为智能驾驶及线控底盘开发过程获取整车姿态的需求提供一种解决方案。

【Abstract】This paper describes the working principle of commercial vehicle ESC sensor based on triaxial accelerometer,and analyzes the multiple layout scenarios of ESC sensors in the vehicle installation environment. For each layout scenario,the sensor signal analysis scheme is sorted out and the verification based on real vehicle test is completed. It provides a solution for acquiring the vehicle attitude requirements during the development of intelligent driving or chassis by wire.
