农产品的加工与贮藏技术研究

摘要 随着人们对于农产品的要求不断提高,开展农产品加工与贮藏相关工作,有效维持农产品的鲜活度,已成为相关人员研究的热点课题。阐述了农产品加工与贮藏的价值,探究了农产品加工与贮藏的方法、相关技术,提出了农产品加工与贮藏进一步发展的相关建议。

Abstract With the increasing demand for agricultural products, carrying out agricultural product processing and storage related work to effectively maintain the freshness of agricultural products has become a hot research topic for relevant personnel. This paper expounded the value of agricultural products processing and storage, explored the methods and related technologies of agricultural products processing and storage, and put forward some suggestions on the further development of agricultural products processing and storage.
