朱庆军从肝论治慢性炎性脱髓鞘性多发性神经病经验撷青

【摘 要】 慢性炎性脱髓鞘性多发性神经病是一种免疫介导的运动感觉周围神经病，临床发病较少，诊断相对困难，西医治疗疗程长，诸多患者经久难治，症状不解，常有情志郁结，影响正常生活。文章总结了朱庆军治疗此病的经验，朱庆军认为此病的发生与肝密切相关，临床常以“疏肝养肝”为法，针药并用，配合导引，疗效显著。

Abstract：Chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyradiculoneuropathy is an immune-mediated neuropathy with a chronic progression，low clinical incidence，and difficult diagnosis.Many patients cannot be cured for a long time，leading to depression and affecting their normal life.Zhu Qingjun believes that the occurrence of this disease is closely related to the liver， and in clinical practice， the method of “soothing the liver and nourishing the liver”is often used， with a combination of acupuncture and medicine， combined with exercise， resulting in remarkable therapeutic effects.
