基于扶阳通滞法论起阴导滞汤在男性勃起功能障碍中的运用

【摘 要】 王寅教授通过多年临证实践，认为阳气不足，湿瘀互结是引发男性勃起功能障碍的重要机理，文章从病因病机、治则治法和治疗方药角度进行了系统总结，提出针对此病须用扶阳通滞法，将起阴汤与枳实导滞汤合方化裁为起阴导滞汤，应用本方治疗该病稳定疗效且副作用较小。

Application of Qiyin Daozhi Decoction in Male Erectile Dysfunction Based on the Method of Fu Yang Tong Zhi

Abstract：Professor Wang Yin， through years of clinical practice， believes that the deficiency of yangqi and the combination of warm and blood stasis are important mechanisms leading to this male erectile dysfunction.This article systematically summarizes the etiology， pathogenesis， treatment principles and methods， and treatment prescriptions. It is proposed to use the method of Fu Yang Dao Zhi method to treat this syndrome. The combination of Qiyin Decoction and Zhishi Daozhi Decoction is transformed into Qiyin Daozhi Decoction， and the application of this formula to treat this syndrome has stable therapeutic effects and low side effects.
