中药复方治疗帕金森病的临床研究进展

【摘 要】 帕金森病是中老年人常见的神经退行性疾病，病机复杂、治疗困难。文章对PD的辨证分型及近三年临床治疗PD质量较高的中药复方进行简述，中药治疗早期PD疗效显著，联用西药可使西药减毒、增效。中医药个体化辨证论治的思想、兼治PD并发症的特点，具有独特的优势，可为患者带来了福音。

Abstract：Parkinsons disease is a common neurodegenerative disease in middle-aged and elderly people with complex pathogenesis and difficult treatment. This article briefly describes the syndrome differentiation and classification of PD and the traditional Chinese medicine compound prescriptions with high quality in clinical treatment of PD in the past three years， it shows that traditional Chinese medicine has a significant effect in the treatment of early PD， and the combination of western medicine can reduce the toxicity and increase the efficacy of western medicine.The idea of individualized treatment based on syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine， taking into account the characteristics of PD complications， has unique advantages and great potential， which brings good news to patients.

帕金森病（parkinsons disease，PD）在神经退行性疾病中属高发［1］，发病机制仍未明了，年龄、环境及遗传易感的共同作用是主要诱发因素［2］。（剩余11681字）
