《针灸甲乙经》腰痛的诊治特点探析

【摘 要】 为深入挖掘经典著作中的学术思想，笔者从病因病机、治疗原则、针具选择、不同刺法以及取穴规律等方面对《针灸甲乙经》全卷中腰痛的条文进行归纳总结，以探究皇甫谧的学术思想，为腰痛的临床诊治拓宽思路。

Abstract：In order to dig deep into the academic ideas in the classic works， the author summarizes the provisions of low back pain in the whole volume of the A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion from the aspects of etiology， treatment principles， needle selection， different pricking methods and acupuncture rules， so as to explore the academic thinking of Huang Fumi and broaden the thinking for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of low back pain.

《针灸甲乙经》全名为《黄帝三部针灸甲乙经》，是晋代皇甫谧在魏甘露年间将《黄帝内经·素问》《黄帝内经·灵枢》及《明堂孔穴针灸治要》三部著作中的针灸内容，以“事类相从，删其浮辞，除其重复，论其精要”的方法汇而为一编撰而成，是我国现存内容较为完整的第一部针灸学专著，在针灸学发展史上起到了承前启后的作用［1-2］，备受历代医家推崇，对针灸学术发展具有深远影响。（剩余4035字）
