蒸狗脊质量标准研究

【摘 要】 目的:制定蒸狗脊饮片的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱方法鉴别蒸狗脊;按《中国药典》2020年版规定方法考察水分、总灰分和水溶性浸出物结果。结果:建立蒸狗脊薄层色谱鉴别方法;提出了建议水分、总灰分和浸出物的限度。结论:为蒸狗脊质量标准的提高提供了依据。

Abstract:Objective To establish the quality standards ofsteamedCibotium barometz.Methods Identification of steamed Cibotium barometz by Thin layer chromatography. The moisture,total ash,acid-insoluble ash and soluble extract were assayed following the procedures stated in Chinese Pharmacopoeia.Results A Thin layer chromatography identification method for steamedCibotium barometzwas established,The suggested limits of moisture, total ash and extract are proposed.Conclusion This study provides scientific data for the quality control of steamed Cibotium barometz (L.)J.Sm..
