清肺解毒丸的提取工艺研究

【摘 要】 目的：通过正交试验优选清肺解毒丸的提取工艺。方法：建立栀子苷的HPLC测定方法，通过正交实验确定最佳提取工艺。结果：清肺解毒丸的提取工艺为皂角刺、栀子等十一味加水煎煮3次，每次加10倍量水，煎煮1.5h。结论：优选出的清肺解毒丸提取工艺稳定、合理可行，为清肺解毒丸的合理开发提供参考。

Study on the Extraction Process of Qingfei Jiedu Pills

Abstract：Objective To optimize the extraction process of Qingfei Jiedu Pills.Methods A HPLC method was established to determination the content of geniposide， and the optimal extraction process was determined by orthogonal test.Results The extraction process was determined by orthogonal test. Results the extraction process of Qingfei Jiedu pill was as follows： 11 kinds of flavors， such as Gleditsia sinensis， garden seed， etc， were decocted with water for 3 times， 10 times of water was added each time， and decocted for 1.5 hours.Conclusion The optimized extraction process of Qingfei Jiedu Pills is stable， reasonable and feasible， and provides a reference for the rational development of Qingfei Jiedu Pills.
