[摘要]本文讨论了模拟技术在整形外科专科医师规范化培训中的应用和重要性。整形外科是一个高度专业化和技术密集的医学分支，要求医师具备精湛的手术技能和深厚的理论知识。模拟技术通过提供虚拟或增强现实环境，使医师能够在无风险的情况下练习复杂的手术操作，从而提高对手术技能和理论知识的掌握。

Abstract： This paper discusses the application and significance of simulation technology in standardized training for plastic surgery specialists. Plastic surgery， a highly specialized and technically intensive branch of medicine， requires physicians to possess exquisite surgical skills and profound theoretical knowledge. Simulation technology， by providing virtual or augmented reality environments， enables physicians to practice complex surgical operations without risk， thereby enhancing their surgical skills and theoretical understanding.
