聚己内酯面部填充术后肉芽肿1例报道并文献回顾

[摘要]回顾笔者医院收治的1例鼻部聚己内酯填充术后肉芽肿病例临床资料，结合2017年-2022年4篇（4例）关于面部聚己内酯填充术后肉芽肿的文献资料，分析此病的临床表现、诊断、治疗、预后及成因，以期为临床提供参考。

Abstract： The clinical data of a case of granuloma after polycaprolactone filling in the nose admitted to the author's hospital were reviewed， and 4 literatures （4 cases） on granuloma after polycaprolactone filling in the face from 2017 to 2022 were combined to analyze the clinical manifestations， diagnosis， treatment， prognosis and causes of the disease， in order to provide reference for clinical practice.
