中医治疗痤疮的作用机制及研究进展

[摘要]中医治疗痤疮一直具有较好的临床疗效，但其作用机制尚未完全明确，本文对近年来中医治疗痤疮的药理研究及临床文献进行总结和归纳，从中医内治法、外治法两个角度出发，针对不同的内服方剂、外用制剂、火针、刺络拔罐及中药面膜，对治疗痤疮的不同作用机制加以阐释，以便能更好地为临床用药提供参考。

Mechanism and Research Progress of Acne in Traditional Chinese Medicine

Abstract： Traditional Chinese medicine has always had good clinical efficacy in treating acne， but its mechanism of action has not been fully defined. This paper summarizes the pharmacological research and clinical literature on the treatment of acne by traditional Chinese medicine in recent years. From the perspective of internal and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine， it explains the different mechanisms of action for the treatment of acne from internal formulas， external preparations， fire needles， pricking cupping and traditional Chinese medicine facial mask， In order to provide better reference for clinical medication.
