高嵌体修复的临床应用现状

[摘要]微创修复是临床探索的焦点和发展趋势，使用高嵌体可以减少牙体组织的预备，最大程度保留原有的牙体组织，随着牙科材料和粘接技术的发展，高嵌体在口腔临床修复中得到了广泛的应用。本文将从高嵌体的材料、牙体预备、粘接以及适应证四个方面进行综述，以期为临床工作提供参考。

Abstract： Minimally invasive restoration is a research hotspots and development trend of clinical research，onlay can reduce the preparation of tooth tissue and retain the original tooth tissue to the greatest extent.Along with the progress of dental materials and bonding technology， onlay has been in common usage in oral clinical restoration.With the expectation of providing a reference for oral clinical work， this paper summarizes from four aspects： the materials， tooth preparation， adhesion and indications of onlay.

高嵌体（Onlay）是应用于一个或多个牙尖、邻接咬合面或整个咬合面牙体缺损的一种修复体，主要通过树脂粘接的方式进行固位，可最大程度地保留健康的牙体组织，符合微创观念[1]。（剩余10937字）
