面部毛细血管扩张症的光电治疗进展

[摘要]面部毛细血管扩张症是临床常见的真皮层毛细血管畸形，会对患者皮肤外观及心理造成不同程度的影响。治疗方法包括药物治疗、光电治疗及手术治疗等，其中光电技术作为一种非侵入性局部治疗方式，已成为临床上主要的治疗选择。本文就面部毛细血管扩张症的激光与强脉冲光的临床治疗及研究进展进行综述。

Advances in Photoelectric Therapy for Facial Telangiectasia

Abstract： Facial telangiectasia is a clinical common disease of dermal capillary malformation，which may affect the skin appearance and psychology of patients to varying degrees.Treatment methods include drug therapy，photoelectric therapy，surgical treatment and so on.Recently，photoelectric technology，as a non-invasive local treatment method， has become the main clinical treatment option.This article reviews the clinical application and research progress of laser and intense pulsed light for facial telangiectasia.
