女性重睑患者术后决策后悔现状及其影响因素的研究

[摘要]目的：调查女性重睑患者术后决策后悔现状及其影响因素。方法：术前采用广泛焦虑筛查量表、外貌社会文化态度压力问卷、简易心理状况评定量表对上海某三级甲等医院的142例女性重睑患者进行调查，术后1个月采用中文版决策后悔量表和术后满意度量表进行调查。结果：女性重睑患者决策后悔总分为（3.48±2.81）分，处于相对较低水平;女性重睑患者的决策后悔与焦虑、外貌态度和患心理疾患的危险性呈正相关（r=0.173、0.167、0.171，均P

Study on the Present Situation and Influencing Factors of Decision Regret in Female Patients with Double Eyelid Surgery

Abstract： Objective To investigate the present situation and influencing factors of decision-making regret in female patients with double eyelid surgery. Methods  A total of 142 female patients with double eyelids in a tertiary hospital in Shanghai were investigated with the Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale， sociocultural attitudes towards appearance questionnaire-3， and the Kessler10 scale，one month after the operation， the Chinese version of decision regret scale and postoperative satisfaction scale were used to investigate. Results The total mean score of decision-making regret in female patients with double eyelids was（3.48±2.81），at a relatively low level.The decision-making regret of female patients with double eyelids was positively correlated with anxiety， appearance attitude and the risk of mental illness （r=0.173、0.167、0.171，P
