[摘要]目的：探讨鼻内镜下治疗鼻骨骨折伴外伤性鼻中隔偏曲的安全性及美学效果。方法：将收治的72例鼻骨骨折伴外伤性鼻中隔偏曲患者随机分为常规组和治疗组，每组36例。常规组采用传统手术治疗，治疗组采用鼻内镜下手术治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、术后鼻通气功能、术后并发症和术后鼻部的美学效果。结果：治疗组患者的总有效率高于常规组，术后并发症的总发生率低于常规组，差异均有统计学意义（P

Application of Nasal Endoscopy in the Treatment of Nasal Bone Fractures with Traumatic Nasal Septum Deviations

Abstract： Objective To explore the safety and aesthetic effect of nasal endoscopic treatment of nasal bone fracture with traumatic nasal septum deviation. Methods 72 cases of nasal fracture with traumatic septal deviation were randomly divided into two groups： routine group and treatment group， 36 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated by traditional operation， and the treatment group was operated under nasal endoscope.
