甜樱桃裂果的影响因素及其机理研究进展

摘  要:甜樱桃裂果是影响其果实品质的重要原因之一,每年都会因裂果造成巨大的损失。从外部因素、品种遗传特性、矿质营养、细胞壁修饰、简介激素调控及栽培管理等方面综述了甜樱桃裂果的影响因素、裂果机理研究进展,并介绍防治方法,为生产上防治甜樱桃裂果提供参考。

Research progress on influencing factors and mechanisms of sweet cherry cracking

Abstract: Cracking of sweet cherry is one of the important factors affecting its fruit quality, which causes huge losses every year. In this review, research progress on the influencing factors, cracking mechanisms were introduced and sweet cherry cracking was summarized from the aspects of external factors, genetic characteristics of varieties, mineral nutrition, cell wall modification, hormone regulation, and cultivation management. And so as to provide reference for the prevention and control of sweet cherry cracking in production.
