基于OBE理念背景下民办高校教学督导工作实践路径探析

摘 要：通过对OBE理念进行概述，明确其定义与内涵，并分析其在教育领域的广泛应用。深入分析了当前民办高校教学督导工作的现状，指出了存在的问题，并借鉴OBE理念提出了改进民办高校教学督导工作的实践路径。

On the Practical Path of Teaching Supervision in Private Colleges and Universities Based on OBE Concept//CHEN Fuhai

Abstract： This paper summarizes the concept of OBE （Outcomes-Based Education） ， clarifies its definition and connotation， and analyzes its wide application in the field of education. This paper deeply analyzes the current situation of teaching supervision in private colleges and universities， points out the existing problems， and puts forward the practical path to improve teaching supervision in private colleges and universities by using the OBE concept for reference.
