论北京地铁房山线小半径曲线钢轨磨耗的原因及预防

摘要：地铁运行路线小半径曲线较多，导致钢轨磨耗严重，不仅影响机车运行的稳定性和舒适性，甚至在极端情况下会造成机车脱轨，严重威胁人民群众的生命和财产安全。本文以北京地铁房山线良乡大学城小半径曲线为研究对象，着重探讨钢轨磨耗形成的原因及相应的预防和整治措施，以提高钢轨使用寿命，降低运营维护成本。

On the Causes and Prevention of Small Radius Curve rail Wear on Fangshan Line of Beijing Metro

Abstract： There are many small radius curves in the subway operation route， resulting in serious rail wear， which will not only affect the stability and comfort of locomotive operation， but also cause locomotive derailment in extreme cases， which will seriously threaten the safety of people's lives and property. This paper takes the small radius curve of Liangxiang university town of Fangshan Line of Beijing subway as the research object， this paper focuses on the causes of rail wear and the corresponding prevention and treatment measures， to improve the service life of the rail， reduce operation and maintenance costs.
