基于六西格玛方法的管理应用实践

摘  要：该研究为证明六西格玛是分析、解决项目管理中提高准时完成率的有效方法。该文基于六西格玛方法，在管理应用实践方面，对某项目审签单审查周期进行分析，通过找到实际工作中影响审查周期的关键因素，制定针对性改进措施。改进后，审查周期降低，审查准时完成率得到明显提升。

Abstract： This study proves that Six Sigma is an effective method to improve on-time completion rate in analyzing and solving project management. Based on the Six Sigma method， this paper analyzes the review cycle of a project in terms of management application practice， and formulates targeted improvement measures by finding the key factors that affect the review cycle in the actual work. After the improvement， the review cycle is reduced， and the on-time completion rate of the review is significantly improved.
