摘  要：PTA（精对苯二甲酸）是化纤、轻工和电子等工业的重要有机原料之一。该文针对PTA装置工况特点，介绍大口径钛合金截止阀的设计参照标准、选材方案、开发思路及技术特点，以某典型规格产品分析其关键部件的设计计算，可指导大口径钛合金截止阀的国产化研制及相关技术研究。

Abstract： PTA （refined terephthalic acid） is one of the important organic raw materials in chemical fiber， light industry， electronics and other industries. This paper aims at the working condition characteristics of PTA plant， the design reference standard， material selection scheme， development ideas and technical characteristics of large-diameter titanium alloy globe valve are introduced， and the design and calculation of its key components are analyzed with a typical specification product， which can guide the domestic development of the valve and related technology research..
