LDMOS器件性能研究与综述

摘  要：比导通电阻和击穿电压之间的权衡问题是功率LDMOS的主要研究对象。文章针对LDMOS器件性能提升的不同研究方法展开调研，并总结与概括了近年来性能提升的主要方法。

Abstract： The tradeoff between specific on-resistance and breakdown voltage is the main research object of power LDMOS. This paper investigates the different research methods of performance improvement of LDMOS devices， and summarizes the main methods of performance improvement in recent years.
