制动盘高频感应淬火及感应器设计

摘要：介绍了一种制动盘高频感应淬火处理方法，针对制动盘的使用要求确定淬火方式，再根据表面淬火的特点设计感应器，并设计工装实现工件的装夹，成功完成了对制动盘的感应淬火。

Abstract： This paper introduces a high frequency induction hardening treatment method for brake disc. According to the application requirements of brake disc， the quenching method is determined， and then the sensor is designed according to the characteristics of surface quenching， and the workpiece is designed to achieve the induction hardening of brake disc.
