摘要:通过碳当量和冷裂纹敏感系数计算,以及硬度、金相组织检测等试验方法,对汽车轮辐和轮辋用钢热轧马氏体双相钢MH600DP和贝氏体双相钢MH540FB的焊接性,以及MAG焊角接接头焊缝组织、显微硬度分布进行了研究。研究成果具有一定的现实意义和应用价值。

Abstract: Investigates the weldability of hot-rolled martensitic dual-phase steel MH600DP and bainitic dual-phase steel MH540FB for automotive wheel spokes and rims through calculations of carbon equivalent, cold cracking sensitivity coefficient, hardness, and metallographic analysis. The research includes the study of MAG welded butt joint weld seam structure and microhardness distribution. The research findings have certain practical significance and application value.
