轨道车辆客室门组装工艺研究

摘要:针对实际生产过程中遇到的车体客室门组装难题,对角线差尺寸频繁超差,通过三维模拟分析,制定反变形、调整预置挠度等优化工艺措施,然后根据生产实际情况反馈,进行分析和总结,最终达到解决难题、验证改进措施效果的目的。

Abstract: In view of the problem of the assembly of the car body room door encountered in the actual production process, the diagonal difference size is frequently excessive. Through three-dimensional simulation analysis, anti-deformation, adjustment of preset deflection and other optimization process measures are formulated, and then analyzed and summarized according to the feedback of the actual production situation, so as to finally solve the problem and verify the effect of the improvement measures.
