小口径弹体淬火冷却硬度分布不均匀分析

摘要:小口径弹体用钢消耗量大,硬度均匀性要求高,常规淬火处理后经常出现硬度偏低和波动性大的问题,不但影响了弹体的打击能力,而且增加了生产成本。经过理论分析,确定了常规淬火硬度偏低和波动性大的原因,提出了淬火改进措施。试验结果显示:改进淬火处理后硬度和波动性均得到了改善,达到弹体的技术要求。

Discussion of hardness uneven of small bullet steel during quenching process

Abstract: The phenomenon of low and uneven hardness of small bullet steel offen occurs after normal heat treatment which affect the strike and productive capacity. The reason for the low and uneven of hardness are discussed and the improving processes are posed here. Results show that after modified quenching process the hardness were improved and the variations were decreased which meet the technical requirements of bullet steel.
