排气芯骨在水冷排气歧管生产中的应用

摘要:探讨了工艺孔数量及位置对水冷排气歧管铸造性能的影响。使用一种新型排气和支撑两用的芯骨,解决了工艺孔设置较少的排气歧管产品的断芯、呛火、起皮等铸造缺陷,保证铸件的生产,提高了排气歧管产品的铸造成品率,得到客户的认可,并取得良好的效果。

Abstract: This article explores the influence of the number and position of process holes on the casting performance of water-cooled exhaust manifolds. The use of a new type of dual purpose core bone for exhaust and support has solved casting defects such as core breakage, choking, and peeling in water jacket products with fewer process holes, ensured the production of castings, improved the casting yield of water jacket products, gained customer recognition, and achieved good results.

1 序言
内燃机排气歧管是大功率发动机的重要铸铁零部件,结构复杂,工作环境恶劣,分内外两层,内层排气,外层通水,通过循环水来降低排气歧管的温度,减少排气歧管对外的热辐射,从而降低发动机机舱的环境温度,应用前景广阔,但双层结构设计也增加了铸造难度。(剩余1693字)
