混合牙列期上颌前牙多生牙伴反颌的2×4技术矫治效果分析

【摘要】目的：探析混合牙列期上颌前牙多生牙伴反颌的2×4技术矫治效果。方法：选取2021年1月—2022年12月期间于我院就诊的46例混合牙列期上颌前牙多生牙伴反颌患儿，通过拍摄曲面断层片或者CT片，定位多生牙，将其拔除植骨修复后，对患儿予以2×4技术矫治，分析临床治疗效果。结果：经过6～7个月的2×4技术矫治，患儿前牙反颌被解除，磨牙关系不变或轻度改善，相较于治疗前，46例患儿治疗后SNA角、U1-NA角、SNB角、ANB角、Y轴角、U1-SN、Co-Po均有显著提升（P

Analysis of “2×4” technical correction effect of maxillary anterior supernumerary teeth with crossbite in mixed dentition stage

【Abstract】Objective： To explore“2×4” technical correction effect of maxillary anterior supernumerary teeth with crossbite in mixed dentition stage.Methods：From January 2021 to December 2022，46 cases of patients with maxillary anterior supernumerary teeth with crossbite in mixed dentition stage who treated in our hospital were selected.Curved surface tomography or CT scans were taken to locate the supernumerary teeth，which were removed and repaired with bone grafting，then provided “2×4”technical correction to the child and analyze the clinical therapeutic effect.Results：After from 6 to 7 months of “2×4”technical correction，the anterior crossbite of the child’s teeth were relieved，and the molar relationship remained unchanged or slightly improved.Compared with before treatment，46 patients showed significant improvement in SNA angle，U1-NA angle，SNB angle，ANB angle，Y-axis angle，U1-SN，Co-Po after treatment（P
