【摘要】目的：探讨纤维桩与复合树脂结合氧化锆冠在根管治疗后磨牙楔状缺损修复中的效果。方法：于2020年1月—2022年12月期间在我院选取磨牙楔状缺损患者分析病例，共200例，分为实施金属桩核结合金属烤瓷冠修复（对照组）与实施纤维桩与复合树脂结合氧化锆冠（观察组），两组均为100例。比较两组效果。结果：观察组总有效率高于对照组，生活质量高于对照组，治疗后观察组的负性情绪低于对照组，治疗后各项功能评分与对照组之间相比数据明显较高，（P

【Abstract】Objective：To investigate the effect of fiber post and composite resin combined with zirconia crown in repairing wedge defect of molar after root canal treatment. Methods：From January 2020 to December 2022， 200 patients with wedge-shaped molar defect were selected and analyzed in our hospital. They were divided into metal post core and metal porcelain crown（control group） and the implementation of fiber post combined with composite resin zirconia crown （observation group）， n=100 in both groups.
