综合护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖的影响

【摘要】目的：研究综合护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖的影响。方法：选取本院中西医结合内科于2021年1月—2022年10月收治的妊娠期糖尿病患者60例，分为对照组（30例，常规护理干预）和观察组（30例，综合护理干预）。结果：综合护理干预下早饭后2h血糖、午饭后2h血糖、晚饭后2h血糖低于常规护理干预，用药知识、运动知识、饮食知识评分高于常规护理干预，症状管理、共性管理评分高于常规护理干预，早产、巨大儿、宫内窘迫、新生儿窒息总发生率低于常规护理干预，对比结果差异显著（P

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on blood glucose in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus

【Abstract】Objective： To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on blood glucose in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods： Sixty patients with gestational diabetes admitted to the Department of Internal Medicine of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine of our hospital from January 2021 to October 2022 were selected and divided into control group （30 cases， routine nursing intervention） and observation group （30 cases， comprehensive nursing intervention）. Results： Under comprehensive nursing intervention， 2h blood glucose after breakfast， lunch and dinner was lower than that of conventional nursing intervention， scores of knowledge of medication， exercise and diet were higher than that of conventional nursing intervention， scores of symptom management and common management were higher than that of conventional nursing intervention， and the total incidence of premature delivery， macrobaby， intrauterine distress and neonatal asphyxia were lower than that of conventional nursing intervention.
