【摘要】目的：分析类风湿关节炎膝关节病变患者的临床检查中高频超声的应用效果。方法：抽取2022年4月—2022年9月我院收治的类风湿关节炎膝关节病变患者100例，所有患者均需要接受高频超声检查与MRI检查，以PD作为检查金标准，比较两种检查结果。结果：从两种检查方式的诊断准确率与影像学检查结果方面来分析差异不大（P>0.05）；髌上囊液体厚度、滑膜厚度与实验室指标均为正相关关系，滑膜动脉血流指数与实验室指标为负相关关系（P

膝关节是人体当中最复杂与最大的关节，也是类风湿关节炎比较好发的部位，一旦出现类风湿关节炎这一疾病之后，滑膜会逐渐变厚，软骨及下面的骨头均会随着疾病发展逐渐出现碎裂等情况，关节受到破坏，引起关节功能障碍，对患者的生活自理能力以及生活质量都产生较大的影响[1-2]。（剩余3882字）
