高通量血液透析对糖尿病肾病血透患者的临床观察

【摘要】目的：分析高通量血液透析对于糖尿病肾病血透患者的应用价值。方法：以糖尿病肾病血透患者为主要研究对象，选取例数为50例，起始时间为2019年2月，终止时间为2020年4月，进行低通量血液透析的25例患者设为对照组，进行高通量血液透析的25例患者设为观察组，比较观察组以及对照组患者相关指标。结果：观察组以及对照组患者治疗1年以及治疗3年的血磷、甲状旁腺激素、Kt/v和C反应蛋白水平比较差异显著，治疗后，观察组1年生存率和3年生存率均高于对照组患者，且两组患者不良反应发生率分别为8.0%和32.0%，以上数据进行对比具有统计学意义（P

Clinical observation of high flux hemodialysis on hemodialysis patients with diabetes nephropathy

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the application value of high flux hemodialysis in hemodialysis patients with diabetes nephropathy. Methods： Taking hemodialysis patients with diabetes nephropathy as the main research object，50 cases were selected，starting in February 2019 and ending in April 2020，25 patients with low flux hemodialysis were set as the control group，and 25 patients with high flux hemodialysis were setas the observation group，and the relevant indicators of the observation group and the control group were compared. Results： The levels of serum phosphorus，parathyroid hormone，Kt/v and C-reactive protein of patients in the observation group and the control group were significantly different after one year and three years of treatment，after treatment，the 1-year survival rate and 3-year survival rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group，and the incidence of adverse reactions of patients in the two groups were 8.0% and 32.0% respectively，which was statistically significant（P
