贾鲁河郑州市区段有色可溶有机物(CDOM)的光谱学特征及源解析

摘 要:本研究主要利用三维荧光技术(3DEEMs),并结合三维荧光区域积分法和平行因子分析法(3DEEMs-PARAFAC)对贾鲁河内水体中的CDOM的组成特征及来源进行解析,并根据光学参数确定CDOM来源。经研究可得,贾鲁河郑州市区段水体中CDOM主要由2种荧光组分组成,即类腐殖质荧光组分C1(240 nm,345 nm/405 nm),类蛋白质荧光组分C2(

Spectroscopic Characteristics and Source of Colored Soluble Organic Matter (CDOM) in the Zhengzhou Urban Section of Jialu River

Abstract: This study mainly uses three-dimensional fluorescence technology, combined with three-dimensional fluorescence region integration method and parallel factor analysis (3DEEMs PARAFAC) to analyze the composition characteristics and sources of CDOM in the water body of Jialu River, and determine the source of CDOM according to the optical parameters. It is concluded that CDOM in the water body of Zhengzhou urban section of Jialu river is mainly composed of two fluorescent components, namely humic like fluorescent component C1 (240 nm,345 nm/405 nm) and protein like fluorescent component C2 (< 250 nm,280 nm/338 nm). On the whole, the CDOM in the water body of Zhengzhou urban section of Jialu River comes from land and microbial sources, but it is mainly land-based input, and the degree of humification is not high. Human activities have a great impact on the CDOM in the water body of Zhengzhou urban section of Jialu river.
