金台铁路弹性支承块式无砟轨道施工技术研究

摘 要:金台铁路为时速160 km/h的单线电气化铁路,在长度大于6 km的隧道范围内铺设无砟轨道,弹性支承块式无砟轨道具有噪声小、平顺性高等特点,针对其在金台铁路施工现场的应用情况展开研究,并从施工准备、施工过程及质量控制要点三方面进行陈述,总结施工技术要点。

Research on Construction Technology of Elastic Support Block Ballastless Track of Jintai Railway

Abstract: Jintai railway is a single track electrified railway with a speed of 160km / h. ballastless track is laid within the tunnel with a length of more than 6km. The elastic support block ballastless track has the characteristics of low noise and high smoothness. According to its application in the construction site of Jintai railway, it is studied, and the key points of construction technology are summarized from three aspects: construction preparation, construction process and quality control.
