大流动混凝土正交试验对其和易性影响因素研究与分析

摘 要:大流动性混凝土定义为拌和物坍落度不低于160 mm的混凝土。在混凝土工程应用中,大流动混凝土拌和物的工作性容易发生泌水、离析等不良现象,造成这些不良现象的原因有很多:水泥成分,砂石料集配、粒径、有害物质,掺和料的掺量,单位用水量,外加剂与水泥在相容性以及温湿度外界因素等。

Abstract:Large flow concrete is defined as the slump of the mixture is not less than 160 mm in concrete. Concrete engineering applications, the big flow the workability of concrete mixture are prone to bleeding, as well as the segregation phenomenon, there are a lot of the bad phenomena: the cement composition, the application of distribution, particle size and harmful substances, dosage of admixture, unit water consumption, additive compatibility with cement and external factors such as temperature and humidity.

0 引言

大流动性混凝土由于其高流动性能、良好的工作性能等被普遍应用于工程各个方面,然而其大流动性能在较干硬性混凝土和塑性混凝土中容易发生泌水、离析等不良现象,造成混凝土的工作性差,后期力学性能、耐久性能和体积稳定性得不到足够的保证。(剩余3779字)
