Improvement and application of digital delivery date quality review technology

Abstract:Inorder toimprove thequalityof digital delivery dataandreinforce the data foundation fordigital factory constructionprojects,thisstudytook theimplementeddigitaldelivery projectsastheresearch subjects toexplorethecrucial elements andinspection itemsof thequalityreviewsystem.Inlightof thecurrent challengesandlimitations inthereview process,improvements were made to the originalreview plan byintroducing review tool modules,integrating reviewreports, andother methods.Thereview process was optimized,and the implementation efectof the overall technicalimprovement plan in the project wasanalyzed.The findings show that:1)Theestablishment of a comprehensive quality review organizationalframework,the determination ofarational review entityresponsibleparty,and the formulationofacomplete inspection planfordeliverableshavesignificantlyenhancedthequalityof digitaldeliverydataacrosstheentirefactory.2)The pre-positioningof 2Dand 3Dmodelconsistencycheck,the introductionof preliminaryreviewandinteligent review tools,and thedevelopmentof integrated reportshave strengthened the integration of designreview and verification,reduced design reworkand manualoperations,and improved theaccuracyand eficiencyof thereviewprocess.3)After theapplicationof the above advanced review technologies,the error rate of reports has decreased by 51.87% . The number of review rounds has been reducedfroml2 to8,and the time required forreviewing the delivered dataof theentirefactoryhas been shortened by 80% , ensuringthattheownercanacceptthedeliverablesof theentirefactoryaccording totheoriginal plan.Theresearchresultscan ofersolutionsandinsightsforthequalityreviewofdigitaldeliverydata,layingasolidfoundation forthesmooth implementation of digital delivery tasks and the construction and operation of digital factories.
