Abstract:To address the issues of low tracking accuracy and excessive manual intervention during the submerged arc pre-welding process of spiral steel pipes,this study designed a real-time weld seam tracking system based on visual sensing and adaptive control technology.This system has effctively improved the accuracy and stability of weld seam tracking in pre-welding equipment,reduced weld deviation rates,minimized welding defects,and enhanced both welding quality and production efficiency.
