摘要: 蒸汽发生器是一回路压力边界的关键主设备之一,在设备制造及运行过程中,由于各种原因会导致传热管失效,为了避免泄露,通常需要对传热管进行堵管,研究通过对不同形式的焊接堵管坡口形式进行分析和试验,确定了合理可靠的焊接堵管坡口形式并应用于产品焊接。

Research on optimization of welding plugging groove form for tube to tube sheet of steam generator

Abstract: The steam generator is one of the key main equipment for the pressure boundary of the primary circuit. During the manufacturing and operation of the equipment, various reasons can cause the failure of the heat exchange tubes. In order to avoid leakage, it is usually necessary to plug the heat exchange tubes. Through analysis and experimental research on different forms of welding plug groove forms, a reasonable and reliable welding plug groove form has been determined and applied to product welding.
