Correlation between soil factors and effective component contents of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos

Abstract:To investigate theimpactof soilfactorson theaccumulationof effectivecomponents inLonicerae Japonicae Flos in southern Shaanxi region,this study measured the contents of chlorogenic acid,3,5-di- o -caffeoylquinic acid, 4,5-di-O-cafeoylquinicacid,totalphenolicacids,galuteolin,and1inorganicelementsin27batchesofLonicerae Japonicae Flossamples from diffrent productionareas in southem Shaanxi.Aditionally,the contentsof 5 fertility indicatorsand12 inorganic elements inthe corresponding planting soil were measured.The enrichment characteristics of inorganic elements inLoniceraeJaponicae Flos were analyzed,andthe mainfactors affcting the effectivecomponents of LoniceraeJaponicaeFloswere identified.Theresultswereas follows:(1)Pearson correlation analysisrevealeda positivecorrelation betweenthe effctivecomponentsof phenolicacids inLonicerae Japonicae Flos with Seandorganic matter insoil,whileshowinganegativecorelationwithCo,Fe,andMninsoil.(2)The trendofelementenichment coefficients in soil by Lonicerae Japonicae Flos was as follows:Cd > Cu > Zn > Se > Ni > Mn > Hg > Cr > Co > As > Pb > Fe. Monitoring Cdelement contentinLonicerae JaponicaeFloswascrucial forcultivation.(3)TheSe-abundant areas in Ankang showed potential inSe-abundantLoniceraeJaponicaeFlos development.Thecontents of SeandCd in soil and Lonicerae JaponicaeFlos should be expressed concerns at the same time.In summary,these resultsindicate that applying organic fertilizerand Se fertilizer insoil canimprove the efective components inthe production practiceof Lonicerae Japonicae Flos.The resultsof this studycan providea theoretical direction for standardized planting and Seabundant product development of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos.
