摘    要：主要介绍P128型PSV供应船电装施工管理及优化措施，结合我厂在几型船建造施工过程中存在的问题，阐述电气舾装件的施工管理和优化措施。实践证明，优化后的工艺措施，对提高船舶可靠性和整体建造质量有明显效果，减少设计出错率，提升现场施工质量和生产效率。

Electric Installation Management and Optimization Measures

for the PSV Supply Ships of Type P128

Abstract： This article mainly introduces the construction management and optimization measures for the electrical outfitting of the Type P128 platform supply ship （PSV）. Based on years of practical experience and theoretical research， combined with the construction problems that our factory has encountered during the construction process of several types of ships， this article provides a detailed explanation of the construction management and optimization techniques for electrical outfitting components， as well as construction optimization. Practice has proven that the improved and optimized process measures have significantly improved the reliability and overall construction quality of ships， effectively avoiding and solving these problems， reducing design error rates， and improving on-site construction quality and production efficiency.
