船舶工程多信息源的应用研究

摘    要:船舶行业信息化数字化发展迅速,工程信息数据的流通及交互处理需求也日益增长,但信息的融合和应用还处于起步阶段。本研究首先从船舶需求对象、技术手段、输出格式、信息归档等方面分析船舶多源信息的特性;其次根据生产过程的状态变化对信息源进行分类;同时开展船舶工程生产组织过程中环境、物料、技术、管理状态等方面的信息融合应用研究,并以船舶脱硫改装工程为例,介绍多信息源融合在实际项目上的应用;最后对船舶多信息源研究进行展望

Abstract: With the rapid development of informatization and digitization, the demands for the circulation and interaction processing of engineering information data are also increasing. However, the integration and application of information are still in its infancy. This paper first analyzes the characteristics of the versatile information of ship demand objects, technical means, output format, information archiving, etc. Secondly, the information sources are classified according to the state changes of the production process. At the same time, the application research of information fusion in the environment, materials, technology and management state in the production organization process of ship engineering is carried out. Take the retrofit project of EGCS as an example to introduce the application of multi -information source integration. Finally, the research on multiple information sources of ship engineering is prospected.

1    前言

在“中国制造2025”提出后,中国制造业开始了数字化、网络化、智能化的技术应用[1],而在船舶行业,随着数字化修船概念的提出,信息资源的加工处理使得船舶行业也迎来了新的发展,船舶自动化、新工艺、新材料、新技术、新船型不断在船舶行业应用[2],同时出现信息量的爆发式增长。(剩余6532字)
