摘    要：随着船舶数量和水域交通密度不断增加，导致船舶事故时有发生。本文设计了一种船舶智能航行决策系统，在一定程度上代替驾驶员做出更加正确的决策，保障航行的安全。

This paper designed a ship intelligent navigation decision-making system to solve the lack of existing technology. To a certain extent， replacing the driver to make correct decisions to ensure the safety of navigation.
