Abstract  Objective：To construct a emergency nursing pathway for non⁃traumatic chest pain based on HIRAID framework.Methods：Clinical need was taken as a prerequisite，theoretical framework was taken as the core，and literature research was taken as support，then a preliminary of emergency nursing pathway for non⁃traumatic chest pain based on HIRAID framework was constructed.2 rounds of expert inquiry were conducted by the Delphi method，the final version of emergency nursing pathway for non⁃traumatic chest pain was formed.Results：The 19 experts completed 2 rounds of expert inquiry，the response rates were 90.91% and 95.00%，authority coefficients were 0.915 and 0.908，coefficient of variation were ranged from 0.00 to 0.31 and ranged from 0.00 to 0.22，the Kendall coefficient of concordance were ranged from 0.153 to 0.395 and ranged from 0.177 to 0.464（both P<0.001）. The final constructed emergency nursing pathway for non⁃traumatic chest pain included 3 primary indicators，22 secondary indicators，and 251 tertiary indicators.Conclusions：The emergency nursing pathway for non⁃traumatic chest pain based on HIRAID framework constructed in this study is reliable，clinically applicable，rigorous，and can provide basis for emergency nursing practice.
