摘要  对胃癌病人的预后营养指数概念及影响因素、围术期纵向变化规律、营养干预对预后营养指数的影响及其在术前与术后的应用价值进行综述，旨在为临床医护人员精准应用营养监测指标、进一步完善胃癌营养管理方案提供参考。（剩余14706字）
